Nothing was ever “too much,” and everything was met with a reassuring, “Yes, of course.” On the day, the food was incredible, as expected. Daniela, Nely, and Jack ensured that we and our families werecompletely looked after. Their attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. And to top it off, you persona ly came by severaltimes to check in and make sure we had everything weneeded. That gesture meant a great deal to us, especialy knowing how many responsibilities you juggle. Even Mansour and Sebastian left their posts in the restaurant to check-in. Jad, many in the industry use the word “hospitality” without fu ly embracing its meaning. But you and your team not only bring it to life, you have redefined it! From both Rania and I, thank you sincerely; you made our event an unforgettable occasion. "
